WHO WE ARE 

The Equity Partners Network is a social impact consulting group. We are a group of professional consultants with deep expertise and focus on strategies that promote healthy thriving communities. Collectively, we bring over 100 years of academic knowledge and rich lived experiences.

We are a collection of people leaning into our lived experiences and wisdom as Black/Brown, Indigenous, People of Color. Our collective work histories have originated in communities in Chicago, North, West & South suburbs. We have also been invited to many communities throughout the state of Illinois. We have recently gained recognition across the United States.  advancing social change in nonprofits and communities.  

We know that sometimes social change IS challenging, we are here to ease the change with joy! We embrace change and we would love to take the load off your shoulders.

The Guiding Principle: “Muloma” is a word from the Mende language, spoken in Sierra Leone, meaning 'We Are Together.'   To us, this means that through Collaboration + Community Wisdom + Research/Evaluation = Justice IS Realized + Racial Equity IS Advanced + Liberation IS A Lived Reality!

We are certified facilitators and curators of safe and healing spaces.  We utilize human-centered and liberatory process design with our clients and communities. AND we LOOOOVE it, we thrive on it!
